Dans la philosophie du Lahore Nadi Yoga, tout trouble corporel, \u00e9motionnel, intellectuel relationnel, environnemental et m\u00eame spirituel, est d&rsquo;abord d\u00fb \u00e0 une deconnexion des \u00ab\u00a0nadi\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire \u00e0 une rupture de circulationde l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans les lignes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Les techniques du Lahore Nadi Yoga permettent de r\u00e9tablir ces connexions et posent ainsi les bases d&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable bien \u00eatre ou d&rsquo;un retour \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, \u00e0 la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la joie int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque asana ou exercice a un effet sp\u00e9cifique sur l&rsquo;ensemble des syst\u00e8mes de l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain.
